BMR Suspension Acquires Hotchkis Sport Suspension

BMR Suspension, based in Lakeland, Florida, has announced the acquisition of Hotchkis Sport Suspension, based in Mooresville, North Carolina.

Hotchkis joins BMR Suspension's recent acquisitions of Carlyle Racing, Control Freak Suspension, Heidts Suspension, Alston Racing and Chassis Engineering Inc.

A company release stated that BMR Suspension President Allan Miller shared that bringing Hotchkis together with BMR Suspension and Heidts Suspension creates a "unique synergy among three highly respected performance suspension brands."

Former owner John Hotchkis also provided remarks, stating he expressed his gratitude to the employees, customers, dealers, suppliers, friends, and enthusiasts who helped make [his] vision possible.
